You’ve been told to dial it down emotionally, but it’s never been that simple. Are you feeling things in a world that would prefer you smile politely and keep it moving. Calling out to sensitive, self-aware people who are ready to heal old wounds and live more honestly with themselves! Being sensitive isn’t a flaw- it’s a powerful tool when we know how to wield it. It’s time to reclaim your story and break out of old patterns to feel more grounded, connected, and in charge of your inner world.
Caring for others is your job—but you’re still human. As physicians, nurses, CNAs, rehabilitation therapists, and social workers; we work long shifts, manage life-and-death decisions, navigate a broken system, and carry stories home that no one else seems to understand. The toll is real. Burnout, compassion fatigue, moral distress, and the quiet pressure to “push through” can erode your sense of purpose, identity, and well-being over time. As both a registered nurse and a clinical social worker, I understand the unique strain of showing up in healthcare spaces day after day. Therapy can be a space to finally turn toward yourself—to unload what you’ve been carrying, reconnect with what matters to you, and make space to nurture your own healing.
Letting go of a belief system can shake everything—your relationships, your identity, your sense of what’s real.
Whether you’ve left a high-demand religion, outgrown the faith you were raised in, or are still untangling what you believe, therapy can help you make sense of the loss, the anger, and the freedom. I offer a non-judgmental space to process what you’re leaving behind, reclaim your inner compass, and begin building a grounded sense of self outside of the rules you were given.
When you work with people all day—tattooing, bartending, cutting hair, or doing nails—you bring more than skill and artistry. You become a trusted ear, a confidant, and source of connection for the people you care for. It’s rewarding, but it can also be draining.
Therapy offers a space to check in with yourself—to set down what doesn’t belong to you, to explore what’s been building up, and to reconnect with your own needs and identity. I offer a non-judgmental place to untangle the stress and reconnect with your strength—without having to be “on” for anyone else.
