Group Therapy in Phoenix
Available online throughout Arizona
A space to feel understood, connected, and explore real change. Together.
What group is like:
Group therapy isn’t about performing or having the “right things to say- it’s about showing up and discovering what happens when you’re met by others.
Small group of other adults (never more than 8).
Meeting weekly via secure video for 60 minute sessions.
Conversations are supported and facilitated- you won’t be left to figure it out on your own and you won’t be forced to share.
Space to talk about what’s happening in your life
Opportunities to be heard, to listen, and to respond to others.
Affordable session fees- about a third the cost of individual sessions.
It’s completely normal to feel unsure about group therapy. You might be wondering:
What if I don’t know what to say?
What if it’s awkward or I just feel weird?
What if I feel judged or don’t fit in?
What if I shut down or share too much and feel exposed?
These concerns are common- and part of what makes group meaningful. You won’t be pushed to share before you’re ready, and part of the work is creating a space where people can show up honestly, at their own pace.
What makes these groups feel safe and meaningful:
A licensed therapist is present to guide the process and help create a space that feels safe and respectful.
Gentle structure and prompts help to deepen reflection and connection.
Attention is given to both your experiences and what unfolds between group members.
Shared experiences are identified and explored, helping you feel less alone and more understood.
Group therapy isn’t just a group of people talking- it’s a space that’s intentionally guided and supported.
Group may a good fit if you:
Have done therapy before but want something more experiential or just need more support.
Feel “too much” or are unsure how you come across to others.
Want deeper, more authentic relationships.
Are open to being part of a shared relational process.
