From Overwhelmed to Understood: For People who Experience Emotions Intensely
Time: Thursdays 5-6 p.m.
Location: Online
Next Start Date: Thursday, June 11, 2026
If you often feel emotions intensely, react quickly, or worry about how others see or respond to you, you’re not alone. And you’re NOT “too much.” This therapist-led group is designed for people who experience strong emotional swings, sensitivity in relationships, or a deep fear of disconnection. Together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what’s happening in real time, and practice new ways of staying grounded and connected.
This is not just a support group. This is a structured, interpersonal process group where change happens through real interactions, not just talking about them.
Sustaining the Work of Caring: A Group for Healthcare Professionals
Time: Sundays 10-11 a.m.
Location: Online
Next Start Date: Sunday, August 8, 2026
You’re used to being the one others rely on but perhaps you rarely get the space for others to see you and what you’re experiencing. Maybe you’ve noticed yourself loosing yours sense of connection and fulfillment from the work and feeling more of it’s burden.
Whether you’re a therapist, healthcare provider, or in another helping role, you likely spend much of your time attuned to others: managing emotions, solving problems, and holding things together. But that often leaves little room for your own internal experience.
This therapist-led interpersonal process group offers a space where you don’t have to be “on.” Together, we’ll explore what it’s like to step out of the helper role, connect more authentically, and be supported by others who understand the unique pressures of caring professionals.
Making Sense of Belief: Questioning Religion or Finding your Spiritual Footing
Time: TBD, Group Now Forming
Location: Online
Next Start Date: Upcoming!
You might be questioning beliefs you once felt certain about, feeling pulled in different directions, or unsure what you believe at all.
This kind of shift can feel confusing, isolating, and deeply personal. And it often crosses over into every part of life- including your relationships, your sense of identity, and your view for the future.
This group is for people who are rethinking their relationship with their faith or spiritual background. You don’t need to have answers or a clear direction to be a part of it- in fact that probably means you’ll fit right in.
In this therapist-led group, you’ll have space to sort through what’s changing, the feelings of loss and disorientation that may a part of those changes, and what it looks like to begin to find your own path to meaning and spiritual connection.
Safe and Grounded: Preparing for Trauma Therapy
Time: TBD, Group Now Forming
Location: Online
Next Start Date: Upcoming!
This group is designed for individuals experiencing the ongoing effects of traumatic experiences who want support now- and feel unsure about how to begin deeper trauma work or maybe just aren’t ready.
Together, we focus on building a stronger sense of safety and stability. You’ll learn practical skills to manage intense emotions, reduce overwhelm, and stay grounded when trauma related reactions arise. We’ll also explore how trauma shows up- emotionally, physically, and relationally- so you can better understand your own experience.
In addition, this group provides education about common trauma therapy approaches, helping you feel more informed and prepared if and when you choose to begin work on sorting out what you’ve been through.
This group does not involve processing traumatic memories. Instead, it’s about creating the foundation that makes trauma therapy safer, more effective, and more manageable. And showing, through the group experience, you’re not alone.
When the World Feels Unsafe: A Space for Trans Adults
Time: TBD, Group Now Forming
Location: Online
Next Start Date: Upcoming!
This group is for trans adults seeking a space to feel seen, supported, and grounded- especially in a time when simply existing can feel vulnerable or uncertain.
This is a clinically facilitated group with guidelines in place to support emotional and interpersonal safety. Together, we’ll create a space to share openly, explore identity, and navigate the emotional impact of feeling misunderstood, targeted, or alone. The focus is on building a sense of safety, strengthening connection, and holding on to hope in difficult circumstances.
While this group centers trans experiences, it is also open to those navigating gender identity or feeling similarly impacted by social and political pressures, marginalization, and disconnection.
Share openly, build support, and stay grounded in who you are without needing to explain or defend yourself.
