Individual Therapy
15 Minute Consultation Call: No cost
Individual counseling services: I accept most major commercial insurance plans for individual therapy.
For clients who are paying privately, my standard fee is $195 per 60-minute session. A limited number of reduced-fee appointments may be available based on need.
Group Therapy
Group Therapy Investment
Groups are offered periodically. Join my email list to hear about upcoming groups.
Group Therapy Package: $450 for a complete 6-session cohort. Each group session is 90 minutes. This can be paid upfront or in three, scheduled installments of $150 each.
Group therapy offers a different kind of therapeutic experience than individual therapy. Because you're working alongside a small group of peers, you have opportunities to practice openness, receive understanding from others, and experience new ways of relating in real time.
Groups are offered as closed, time-limited series so members can build trust and familiarity with one another while doing focused therapeutic work together.
Why the package model: Commitment supports safety. A consistent group gives members the opportunity to build trust, become more comfortable with vulnerability, and develop relationships that can support meaningful therapeutic work.
