Upcoming Groups

I’m developing small, therapist-led groups for people who want meaningful connection, practical support, and opportunities to practice new ways of relating.

EXPERIENCE belonging—not just talk about it.

Groups are offered periodically as closed, time-limited series. If one of the groups below sounds like a good fit, join its interest list to be notified when I have enough interest to set a date!

How Group Interest Lists Work

These groups aren't currently scheduled. I'm using interest lists to learn which groups people are most interested in and to let you know when a group is ready to launch.

Joining an interest list doesn't commit you to participating. If enough people express interest, I'll reach out with potential dates, details, and next steps.

Making Sense of Belief: A group for questioning, leaving, or rebuilding a relationship with religion

You may be questioning beliefs you once felt certain about. Maybe you're pulling away from a faith tradition, trying to reconcile what you still value with what no longer fits, or simply unsure what you believe anymore.

Changes in faith can affect much more than beliefs. They can touch your relationships, identity, family, community, sense of morality, and vision for the future.

This therapist-led group offers a place to sort through what's changing with other people who understand that experience. You don't need to have answers—or even know where you're headed. This group is a space to feel supported while you’re figuring that out.

Preparing for Trauma Therapy: Building the foundation for deeper trauma work

Next Start Date: Upcoming!

Time: TBD

You may know that past experiences are still affecting you, but you're not sure you're ready to begin deeper trauma therapy—or you're simply looking for ways to feel more grounded right now.

This group focuses on building the skills and stability that can make future trauma work safer and more manageable. We'll explore practical ways to respond to intense emotions, reduce overwhelm, and understand how trauma can show up emotionally, physically, and relationally. You'll also have the opportunity to learn and practice techniques for managing these experiences in your present life.

This is not a trauma-processing group. Instead, it's an opportunity to develop a stronger foundation while experiencing what it can be like to be supported by others who understand.

Sustaining the Work of Caring: A group for healthcare and human-service professionals

Next Start Date: Upcoming!

Time: TBD

You're used to being the person others rely on. You spend your days noticing what other people need, managing problems, holding things together, and showing up when things are difficult.

But what happens when the work of caring starts to feel heavy? Maybe you find yourself feeling numb, detached, or just “checking out.” Maybe you're still showing up for everyone else, but you're not sure how much longer you can keep doing it this way.

This group offers healthcare and human-service professionals a place to step out of the helper role and consider what they need, what matters to them, and how they want to relate to their work. We'll explore meaning, boundaries, emotional sustainability, and what it can be like to receive care rather than always being the one providing it.
